If you have any questions when filling out these forms, please do the best you can and our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your visit.

About Our Facility

Where do I park?

In Beverly Hills, parking is available beneath the building. Please enter on the east side of the building from Willaman Drive.

In Marina Del Rey, parking is available in front of the building. Access to the parking lot is available on Mindanao Way or Glencoe Avenue.

In Westwood, parking is available. Please enter on Galey Avenue.

Do you validate parking?

Yes, we offer validated parking for all of our facilities.

About Your Examination

How do I prepare for my examination?

Each examination may have different requirements. The staff member scheduling your appoitment will provide you with all the necessary information and apprise you of the things you should and should not do prior to your examination.

How much time is needed for my examination?

We are committed to examine each patient at their appointed time. We ask patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to complete the necessary paperwork. The staff member scheduling your examination will include a 15 minute check-in time to your appointment time. In most instance we are able to complete your examination within 45 minutes to 1 hour.

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing as you will almost always be lying down for some or all of the time during your examination.

Who interprets my examination?

One of our four board certified radiologists will read your examination.

In the case of an epidural injection, new patients will be seen by the doctor in charge of epidural examinations for the day. We make every effort for returning patients to be seen by the same doctor from their prior visit.

How long before my doctor receives the results?

Typically, results are relayed to your doctor on the same day as your office visit. Results for late afternoon appointment should be available first thing the next morning. For urgent cases, phone reports are made between physicians, often while the patient is still at our facility.

Why can't I be given the results immediately?

Your referring physician is best suited to discuss the significance of the findings from your examination with you as the results of the imaging examination must be integrated with any other imaging studies, physical examinations, and blood work.

Can I get a copy of my report?

You can request a copy of your report and/or your images after your referring physician has discussed our results with you.
